Do you want to work for a company where full training and development will be provided? Following training, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of accident and personal injury claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading South West Specialist Personal Injury firm that is currently expanding.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of primarily fast track cases. You will be pursuing claims through the MOJ portal and PI protocol to settlement or issue of proceedings, making full use of the case management system. There is also potential for pursuing claims in litigation to trial, but this is dependant on experience.
You will be expected to comply with the Directors expectations of time recording and financial targets. Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors is required and being able to work well in a team is essential.
It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate you are committed to a career in Personal Injury law and you are able to independently as well as part of a team and work to strict deadlines. Ideally you will have some work experience gained in an office based or administrative role.
This role would be well suited to somebody with A Level Law or ideally a Law degree, or CILEX qualification. Although this is not essential, you will be expected to demonstrate your commitment to a career in law and demonstrate that you have the ability to match the requirements for a role in law through your experience so far. If you are already working within a similar role, we would also love to hear from you- as the company would consider candidates with experience too.
