Do you have a hunger for sales, experience in a call centre with ambition to meet targets? Due to recent expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Appointment Coordinator to join a growing umbrella company based near Ellesmere Port. Offering a basic salary between £19 - £24k dependent on experience, with uncapped commission (expected OTE £30-34k), you will be working Mon-Fri 9-5:30 with some flexibility in hours. As Telesales Appointment Coordinator you will be joining a well established sales team, making outbound calls to mainly recruitment agencies explaining the company umbrella options for payrolling contractors and booking appointments for the field sales team to meet with them. You will be working to targets of 16 meetings per month.
Ideally you will have worked in a call centre or similar phone based role, providing an upselling service or in a sales capacity working to targets. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for sales and the ability to exceed targets. Any experience of appointment setting or working within the recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential.
This role offers you a career with future progression within the company so you must be ambitious with drive to achieve! It is essential you have strong communication and customer service skills and you will have come from an Internal Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Complaints Handling background/ Customer Service background.
