We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Advisor to join our well known, locally based client in the Salisbury area.
Day to day to you would be providing exceptional customer service to inbound client calls, offering step by step advice and guidance, whilst maintaining the database and ensuring effective call resolution is reached in all instances.
Due to the nature of this role you would be expected to work a weekend shift on a tri-monthly basis.
The ideal candidate would also be able to demonstrate the following:

- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Analytical minded approach
- Flexibility to meet the demand of the client
This a permanent role, offering 40hrs working week with free parking, workplace pension and company annual leave.
