I have had a fantastic opportunity arise for a Technical Sales Administrator to join a fantastic company in Yeovil.
We are looking for someone who has excellent administration skills, has outstanding customer service skills and can remain calm during busy times.
In this role you will be
- Processing orders
- Speaking with customers
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Checking order progress
- Administration & filing
- Updating systems with customer information
- Updating systems with product information
- Returns & credit process, to include updating of the quality system
- Transacting customer payments through the payment gateway
- Ensuring all in-boxes are kept up to date in a timely manner and responding appropriately to enquires and orders
- Liaising with internal departments as and when necessary
You will be an effective communicator with strong administration skills. These role requires someone who has patience and resilience to pick up the technical terminology that comes hand in hand with this role.
A background in a technical role would be advantageous.
My client is paying between £9-£10ph and this role is temporary to start with but could go permanent for the right person.
