Our client a market leading, fast growing organisation are looking for someone to join thier customer service team.
- Incoming customer calls (Diagnosing/repairing over the phone)
- Raising helpdesks (Breakdowns, installs, collections etc)
- Arranging RMA's
- Outgoing courtesy calls/updates
- Engineer workload planning
- Stock replenishment ordering
- Liaising with sales reps
- Dashboard reviews/planning
Good Customer Service Experience, ideally in a technical role.
The working ours are Mon - Fri 9 - 5, but also on a weekend rota cycle so 1 in every 3 weekends they will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday
