Our client a market leading, fast growing organisation are looking for someone to join thier customer service team.

The Role

  • Incoming customer calls (Diagnosing/repairing over the phone)
  • Raising helpdesks (Breakdowns, installs, collections etc)
  • Arranging RMA's
  • Outgoing courtesy calls/updates
  • Engineer workload planning
  • Stock replenishment ordering
  • Liaising with sales reps
  • Dashboard reviews/planning

The Person

Good Customer Service Experience, ideally in a technical role.

The working ours are Mon - Fri 9 - 5, but also on a weekend rota cycle so 1 in every 3 weekends they will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday
