We are recruiting for an exciting Team Secretary to work within a friendly, sociable team of secretaries at a growing, well established independent building consultancy. You will provide full secretarial support to fee earners within the Surveying department across a network of offices.
As a Team Secretary your duties will include using your audio typing / digital dictation and copy typing skills to produce accurate reports, letters and documentation; formatting of documentation; accurate and up to date filing of correspondence; managing own and surveyors diaries; and processing expense claims and travel arrangements.
You will bring to the table extensive experience in digital dictation and copy typing, accurate typing speeds (min 45-50wpm), experience editing and formatting Excel documentation, strong MS Office skills, and the ability meet deadlines.
Salary c. £23-25k depending on experience.
