We are recruiting for an exciting Team Secretary to work within a friendly, sociable team of secretaries at a growing, well established independent building consultancy. You will provide full secretarial support to fee earners within the Surveying department across a network of offices.
Responsibilities as a Team Secretary:
- Producing accurate reports, letters and documentation, meeting deadlines
- Digital dictation
- Formatting of documentation
- Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence
- Planning and monitoring own workload
- Managing own and surveyors diaries
- Processing expense claims and travel arrangements
Requirements of a Team Secretary:
- Extensive experience in digital dictation
- Accurate typing speeds, min 45-50wpm
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience editing and formatting Excel documents
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
Salary c. £23-25k depending on experience.
