We are recruiting for a Team Secretary to work within a busy, sociable team of secretaries at a growing, well established independent building consultancy. You will provide full secretarial support to fee earners within the Surveying department across a network of offices and your duties will include producing and formatting various reports, letter and other documentation, working to deadlines.
Strong and accurate audio typing / digital dictation, and copy typing skills (min 45-50wpm) are essential along with intermediate Excel skills with the ability to format and edit Excel documents. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment are also very important!
Salary c. £24-26k depending on experience.
