We are seeking an energetic experienced Team Leader of Telesales professionals who cares about the customer.
Someone who will enjoy driving the team to success. We offer a fun and engaging working environment where hard work and targets are rewarded. The team work taking calls from customers processing orders and up-selling at every opportunity. We provide our customers with a high level of customer service and you will know how to train the team on delivering the best service possible. All agents work together with reps managing a territory of existing customers, therefore assisting them in rapport building will also ensuring the clients, get the best service possible. Your role is to keep them on target by being motivational and hands-on assisting the team succeed.
Each day you and your team will work through a call list, within a timely and orderly manner. These are a combination of out-bound calls and in-bound however - this is NOT COLD CALLING. The team answer incoming telephone calls and deal with customer queries and order requirements, selling over 4,000 products. The hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday for Friday. You would also be required to work the occasional Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm supporting your team.
The starting salary is between £20-22k which includes an attendance allowance. We offer 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and we have a great personal flexible benefits scheme.
