We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Cabin Cleaning Services team based in Heathrow Airport (Terminal 3):
Shifts Available:
As a Team Leader within Cabin Cleaning Services, you role will have a dual purpose , firstly you will drive & operate the steps vehicle to enable you team to enter the aircraft , you will then work alongside your team to provide cleaning services against tight timescales to enable clients to turn the plane round and achieve fight slots.
Our Team Leader will ensure the team are ready for their shift and to perform their tasks whilst complaining with HSE guidelines. Regular and robust audits of the planes to ensure standards are met every time whilst keeping the client update don progress.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to do a Police check , full financial credit check and 5 years’ worth of referencing.
Ideally you will be an experienced aircraft cleaner looking to progress your career or a driver with experience in airside vehicles. You must have a Full UK driving licence.

Shifts Available:
- DAYS: 4 on 2 off – Mixed start times - early start 05:00 & late finish 23:00
- NIGHTS: 3 on 3 off - working hours 17:00 – 06:00
- £14.33ph (£29,806.40)
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Permeant or Temp to perm options
- Full UK driving licence required

Team Leader – Experience & Attributes:
- Proactive management of cleaning teams on an individual and group basis
- Ensure that the team maintains quality standards of cleaning and that security checks are carries out effectively on their assigned aircraft.
- Safely drive and operate aircraft steps and position onto aircraft .
- Liaise with movement control to obtain daily work details and relevant paperwork.
- Attend briefings regarding key focus cleaning areas / specific requirements and effectively communicate the briefing to the team.
- Efficiently plan and allocate tasks fairly to team members.
- Accurately complete and return secure clean and vehicle defect documentation.
- Collaboratively work with allocations team, effectively communicating aircraft arrival time, delays, and secure cleaning turnaround times.
- Monitor the team to ensure all members are working to agreed standards
- Complete final walkthrough with the teams to rectify and prevent call backs.
- Effectively manage, coach and mentor aircraft cleaners to meet service level agreements.
- Responsible for ensuring absence management processes are effectively managed
- Maintain staff discipline and conformance with Company and regulatory requirements, utilizing the Company disciplinary process where necessary.
- Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR
