This is a exciting opportunity for a Administrator to support the Repair Design Team in all Clerical and Administration activities associated with answering Technical Queries and the production of Repair Instructions.

It will involve the following tasks:
  • Organise and co-ordinate administrative support services such as post, photocopying, stationery provision, meeting arrangement, equipment maintenance.
  • Update appropriate filing and database management systems inc. raising new Tasks in SAP and archiving of Task data.
  • Create and publish monthly departmental Performance Stats.
  • Coordinate approval of Repair Instructions.
  • Issue Repair Instructions and distribute.
  • Receive visitors and handle enquiries for redirection within the department.
  • Support the Repair Design Manager and Chief Service Engineer in the development, review and improvement of departmental procedures in line with Company Operating System.
Candidates must have a good level of Administration/Secretarial experience.  Must be self-motivated with ability to work using own initiative, with minimum assistance.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal directly with internal and external Customers/Visitors and manage queries.  High level of attention to detail and competent with company standard software i.e. SAP, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
