Meridian Business Support, Education division are working on behalf of an Academy Trust of schools in the South Tidworth area of Wiltshire. They require a History specialist teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive, interesting History lessons to all their year groups. (Timetable to be arranged)
Role: Teacher of History - (Secondary teacher)
Start: ASAP for 3 months
Location: South Tidworth
Full time temporary role (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) term time only plus inset days.
Pay: £130 - £170 per day (depends on experience)

Ideal candidates will be
- PGCE QTS qualified teachers, ideally with experience of teaching GCSE History
- Can start as soon as possible and able t complete the contract, through until at least the end of March 2025
- Experience of teaching History
- Has a DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed
- Teach all year groups on the History timetable within the secondary academy school
- Deliver exciting and engaging History lessons and mark work of their students (all planning will be provided by the school)
