Supported Living Manager - Worcester and Kidderminster - £29,000 Plus Mileage and Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee 11 Services users across 4 services.

This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on providing quality care at all times in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.

An exciting position is available for an experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee 4 services in the West Midlands. There are 11 service users over the 4 services, and they are located in Worcestershire and Kidderminster. You will work below the Area Manager and will manage the Team Mangers beneath you.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and caring to fit on to the friendly and welcoming team. You will use your skills and knowledge to ensure quality care is being delivered at all times. You will advise and mentor the Team Managers running the services to assist them motivating their teams. You will also set and maintain standards to allow consistent positive outcomes from the services and CQC. You will be required to register with CQC so good knowledge of legislation is essential.

To apply for this role you must have the following,

- Experience Managing a CQC Service

- Good Knowledge of CQC legislation

- QCF Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent)

- Driver

- A positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude

You will be offered a salary of £29,000 with excellent benefits such as,
