This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on always providing quality care in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.
This is a 24 hour, supported living service in Worcester. You will be supporting an individual with an Acquired Brain injury in his own flat. The role will include assisting the individual to become independent in all areas of his life. The individual is very active and enjoys a variety of different sports which they attend in different locations in the local area. The individual also attends college where they are learning new skills.
The service is a converted bungalow that is split into two flats, the second flat is currently empty, and the role would include assisting an individual to move/settle into the service once moved in.
This is a full time, permanent position and due to providing 24hr care, you will be required to work a range of shifts from 7:00am – 2:00/3:00 to 9:00pm/10:00pm. This includes sleep ins and waking nights and some weekends.

You will be offered a salary of £17,190 based on 37 hours / £20,907 based on 45 hours.
