This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on always providing quality care in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.
This is a 24 hour, supported living service in Thanet, Birchington. This area sees 8 flats in one location where Support Workers are linked to work with a specific person based on shared preferences and personalities creating a bespoke core team of staff. Days can consist of supporting people to meet with friends or family, accessing health professionals, housework, shopping, day trips, cooking, holidays, gym classes as well as supporting with all elements of care.
People that we support here have a mixture of communication, mobility and health needs and this would be described as a quiet but active environment. This location is perfect for access to local transport being close to the train station and bus routes, with the local town just up the road.
This is a 24-hour service; therefore, flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:30am to 3:00pm and 2:30 pm to 10:00pm, waking nights (9:45pm - 7:45am), some weekends.

You will be offered a salary of 9.13 per hour. Equivalent to GBP 17,566 for 37 hours and GBP 22,364 for 45 hours.
