Support Worker, Supported Living – Gloucester Area – Up to £21,890
This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on providing quality care at all times in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.
This is a 24 hour, supported living service in the GL2 and GL3 areas. This is for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The level of care required will vary across our services as some of our much-loved service users have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs. Others need assistance with daily activities, personal care, medication and mobility as well as daily living tasks.
We aim to offer a family friendly and welcoming atmosphere and offer a good circle of support. We like to tailor our services to meet the individual needs of the service users. You will need to use your skills and experience to empower and support our residents each day.
This is a full time, permanent position and due to providing 24hr care, you will be required to work a range of shifts from 7:00am – 2:00/3:00 to 9:00pm/10:00pm. This includes sleep ins and waking nights and some weekends

You will be offered a salary of £17362/£17,999 (37hrs) or £21,116/£21,890 (45hrs).
