Are you person centred, energetic, a proactive learner and communicator?
We are looking for a team of dedicated and creative staff to support a young man living in his own home within a small community.
He is both energetic and inspirational.
You should be an active person willing to support with the things this young man loves to do such as swimming, cycling and running for example, helping him with achieving key goals and aspirations and other loves in life such as baking, arts and crafts.
You should have some experience of working with people with learning disabilities and Autism and understand this young man sometimes communicates through his behaviours, so demonstrating proactive and positive approaches is essential.
