Are you from an inventory management background with good Excel and WMS experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Stock Coordinator to join a dynamic company delivering IT services to top brand names within the hospitality and retail industries based in Bletchley. Salary £19-21k dependent on experience plus excellent benefits, working 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday.
As Support Stock Coordinator you will be working with the Project and Support teams to determine stock levels and to communicate with external suppliers to improve relationships between all parties. This includes stock ordering to ensure continuous supply and service levels, organising stock audits and output accounts, and ensuring stock issues and discrepancies are fully investigated.
This is a role with emphasis on customer service and relationship building skills.
It is essential you have a good understanding of stock movement, and have previously worked as a Stock Controller or similar. You will have good analytical skills for trend analysis and forecasting, good understanding of budgets and costing, and proven experience of providing a high standard of customer service. IT skills (Excel particularly and WMS knowledge), attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate are also desirable.
