Care Manager, Care Leavers - Nantwich, Stoke and Conwy- £32,000 Plus Benefits

This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They offer a consistent and effective approach to all their Young People and go out of their way to ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers.

This is to oversee 3 of the care leaver services in Nantwich, Stoke and Conwy offering support for care leavers aged 18 - 25. The services are either a 2 bed or solo unit and offer semi independent living for our care leaver young people.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of these service and for making sure the staff team adheres to the high standard of care and upholds the vision of this organisation at all times. You will assist with the rotas and day to day running of the service and of course, the inspections. You will also be involved in the expansion and development of the service model.

This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role but some flexibility would be expected.

To apply for this job, you must have the following,

- Experience working in a Children's Residential Service or Care Leaver Provision

- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)

- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)

- Driver

- Passion for making a difference
