Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a renal nurse for our private healthcare Client based in Eastbourne, you'll specialise in a dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred overseas or in the UK, you must be able to work clinically in a renal setting.
Your Responsibilities:
• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
• Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.
What We Offer:
• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
• Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience with £3,000 sign on bonus payable
• Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours; paid breaks
