Job Advert: Specialist Finance Analyst
Location: St Ives
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working arrangement, to be discussed at interview) Pay Rate: £16.96 per hour Contract Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a Specialist Finance Analyst to join our team for a 6-month term. This role will primarily involve general office work within a fast-paced finance environment, supporting key financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports
- Monitor budgets and forecasts
- Support month-end financial processes
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- General office administration as required
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Desirable:
- Previous experience in NHS finance
- Part-qualified accountancy qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, etc.)
