Service Support Manager - Wanzl

Are you a Service Support Manager with experience within a warehouse or logistics environment? We are recruiting for a Service Support Manager to join a busy and expanding company specialising in the supply of Customer Shopping Trolleys. With a salary of £27,000, increasing to £30,000 after a probationary period, an annual bonus based on company net profits and a generous holiday allowance. Flexible working hours too!!!

As Service Support Manager you will oversee all service elements and ensure all company policy and procedures are adhered to by all staff members.  You will travel to various sites and ensure that the site is operating in a safe, cost effective, efficient and are compliant with Company policies.

In detail, you will carry out audits of sites, ensure compliance with weekly forecasts and agreed SLA’s are adhered to as well as making sure KPI reports are delivered. You will be responsible for performing some HR functions, including ensuring that staff inductions are delivered to all new starters and full roistering, training and coaching of all staff.

We are keen to hear from applicants with proven experience in Service Support or Service Delivery with good knowledge of undertaking site audits and managing compliance. Excellent IT skills including MS Packages are required with the ability to manage your own workload and time effectively, work with flexible hours and have the ability to stay away from home when required. In addition, you will be confident in resolving issues, able to react quickly to situations and mentor staff when required.
