Are you a bike enthusiast with strong management skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Centre Manager to join a global organisation within the cycle market based in Warwick. Salary £25k plus benefits working Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with occasional weekend working.

As Service Centre Manager you will be managing 5 bicycle technicians to successfully manage a fleet of bikes facilitating the transition to an updated fleet of bikes for 2019. The fleet of bikes are spread across multiple sites and require stock rotation daily, repairs to be identified and actioned at the workshop in a timely manner with the technical expertise to ensure the fleet is readily available to customers.

It is essential you have supervisory/ management experience with good mechanical aptitude ideally with bicycles. Strong people management and operational skills are required with good IT literacy. A full UK driving license is essential as you will be expected to drive a long wheel base vehicle to transport the bikes across the various sites.
