Our client is looking for a Service/Stores Coordinator to support the service department at their depot in Newcastle.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Telephone and email queries
- Internal and external correspondence
- Data input relating to preparation of servicing, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, quotes and orders.
- Calculation of costs and invoicing of customers
The ideal Candidate will:
- Be familiar and competent with the variety of equipment utilised within the MHE industry
- Be a team player and able to communicate at all levels
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be conscientious, trustworthy and self motivated
- Be computer literate and competent with MS office packages
- Have experience working within a similar industry
