Our client is looking for a Service/Stores Coordinator to support the service department at their depot in Newcastle.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone and email queries
  • Internal and external correspondence
  • Data input relating to preparation of servicing, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, quotes and orders.
  • Calculation of costs and invoicing of customers

The ideal Candidate will:

  • Be familiar and competent with the variety of equipment utilised within the MHE industry
  • Be a team player and able to communicate at all levels
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be conscientious, trustworthy and self motivated
  • Be computer literate and competent with MS office packages
  • Have experience working within a similar industry
