We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Administrator for one of our clients based in Grimsby town centre.
This will be an initial 6 months contact with a view for progression for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be providing support to the Highway Asset Management Team including Highways Inspections in works order processing, invoicing notices to Utility companies and updating the asset management database.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as routine correspondence, raising purchase requisitions, processing orders, payments and invoices.
- ECDL certified
- Experience with invoicing
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Experience in dealing with members of the public and Elected Members
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:00
