Support Worker (Children’s Services) – Days & Nights
Salary: £12.21 per hour with enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates.
Hours: Full Time Hours covering days nights and weekends

About the role
- Provide compassionate and person-centered care to children in line with their individual needs.
- Support children with their daily routines, education, and emotional well-being.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring best practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies.
- Ensure a safe and positive living environment for children.
About You:
- Experience working with children in a care or support setting is essential.
- A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach and a passion for improving the lives if children in residential care.
- Flexibility to work days and nights across a Monday-Sunday rota.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
