We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team at a school in Blackburn. This part-time role is essential in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.
Job Details:
- Location: Blackburn
- Hours: 15:15 - 18:15, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week)
- Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour
Duties include:
- General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
- Hoovering, mopping, and dusting
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to a high standard
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
What we are looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
