Working on behalf of a fantastic business in Chippenham we are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join the ever growing team due to increased success.
As the Sales Support Executive will be responsible for working with Account Managers and providing a variety of administration support ranging from order processing to updating customers with estimated delivery times. You will be responsible for managing your own workload as well as contributing towards the team and supporting each other when workloads fluctuate. You will work to SLAs to ensure all parties are up to date with key information and will be highly organised with good attention to detail.
Successful candidates will have strong administrative skills and experience and be self-motivated with a professional telephone manner. A strong team player with the ability to deal with customer queries and complaints sufficiently.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with hybrid working 2/3 after successful probation period.
