Role Description

We have a great opportunity with an exciting up and coming organisation in the role Sales Order & Stock Deployment Planner. This role will initially be on an ongoing temporary basis with an opportunity to potentially become permanent depending on the person and the development of the role

  • Customer Sales Order processing & communication
  • Sales Order despatch coordination with warehouse team and hauliers
  • Managing any issues with order through to resolution
  • Managing and planning stock control levels and deployment between multiple locations to ensure correct stock levels are available
  • Work with suppliers & hauliers to move stock between multiple locations
  • Raising and maintaining supplier information and product specification sheets for sales & marketing teams
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring and Reporting KPI's to management team
  • Reporting to the supply chain manager

The Person

  • A background in Supply Chain or be a recent graduate
  • Pro-active, organised and efficient with a positive attitude
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a flexible approach
  • A desire to learn new skills and about the industry and supply chain
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel

Pay is From £10.40-£11.00ph Hours

Will potenially become permanent for the correct person
