Sales Office Manager £30000 to £40000 per year, plus significant benefits incl 33 paid holidays*

The leading company in its manufacturing sector, where you will be employed in this newly developed position to help this business take advantage of its significant ongoing investment in technology and branding in order to manage its commercial interests.

To be suitable, it is important to be able to demonstrate sales and account management experience. For example if you have started as a Sales Administrator progressing to Sales Account Management, the next route could be a Sales Office Manager or you could be proven as a Sales Office Manager already and want a new challenge or want to join a secure business for the present and future.

Decisions will be made in relation to pricing, do you enjoy figures, can you quickly identify the facts?

Do you want to lead the internal sales team - able to work well with and get the support of other departments to give your team the tools to do their job?

Aware of negative factors that can detract from profits - aged stock, debt you will grasp the facts to be realistic to get beyond the hurdles?

Understand there is a process - customer orders, enquiries, customer care - treating the customer with respect to ensure its excellent reputation is upheld.

Travel - To attend site meetings, you will be able to drive to differing locations from time to time.

IT skills - Competent to Excellent use of Excel Spreadsheets, will assist your success to understand and present to others. Desirable is an understanding of the Dynamics system.
