This is a permanent role based in Deeside offering a salary of £20,000 per annum, working either full time Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm OR Monday-Friday 10am-2pm/3pm (pro rata).
As Sales Ledger Clerk working in a small team, you will be responsible for raising sales invoices and emailing these across to customers as well as producing monthly statements and credit control. This will include contacting customers via phone and email, reconciling remittances to outstanding invoices and performing credit checks to open new customer accounts. In addition you will produce weekly reporting and cashflow projections.
We are keen to speak with applicants with Sales Ledger experience from a similar role, with either an AAT or bookkeeping / accounting qualification. You will ideally be a confident user of Sage 50 or SAP B1 with a good level of IT skills (MS Office, Word & Excel). You will be joining a small team so good communication, and a personable attitude will be essential.
