Are you an experienced B2B Media Sales professional, with a particular proven track record in sponsorship sales?

A highly successful, innovative independent media company are recruiting for a Sales Director to primarily focus on sponsorship sales for one of the key brands within a growing portfolio. You will also employ your B2B consultative sales skills to support the sale of print and digital advertising solutions for this international title.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will join a dynamic sales team and utilise your drive for personal revenue generation and sponsorship sales experience to develop new business opportunities whilst also maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Your role will include undertaking research and building industry knowledge, undertaking competitor analysis, attending client meetings, putting together proposals for clients, and developing new opportunities. You may also get the chance to attend industry events/conferences internationally.
You will bring to the table essential proven B2B sponsorship sales experience - any experience in other areas of media sales (print and digital advertising) would be beneficial. You will also have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed, along with essential strong negotiation and relationship building skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Please note there is no line management responsibility involved and the level of your role will be determined by experience.
Basic salary c. £45k - 50k depending on level of experience plus uncapped commission!
