Are you an experienced B2B media sales professional, with a proven track record in print and digital advertising sales, as well as events related sales?

If yes, then a highly successful, independent media company are recruiting for a Media Sales Director or Senior Media Sales Director (depending on level of experience) working on an established, major brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and employ your drive for hitting and exceeding personal revenue targets, as well as your consultative media sales experience to develop new business opportunities whilst also maintaining and developing existing revenues.
Your role will include undertaking research and building industry knowledge, undertaking competitor analysis, attending client meetings, putting together proposals for clients, identifying contra agreements, developing new products and opportunities, and issuing campaign performance reports. You will also get the chance to travel internationally on occasions to both attend industry events/conferences and meet with clients.
Please note: there is no line management responsibility involved and the level of your role will be determined by experience.
You will bring to the table proven B2B media sales experience across print, digital and events/conferences, and have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills are also essential, with a targeted driven attitude.
Basic salary c. £45k - 50k depending on level of experience plus uncapped OTE.
