Would you like to oversee sales and business development activity across multiple successful international B2B titles?  Are you a hands-on multi-platform media Sales Director who enjoys being strategic and line managing / mentoring a team whilst actively selling to ensure brand revenue targets are achieved and exceeded?

An exciting Sales Director opportunity has been newly created at an independent, forward thinking, growing media business where you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met across multiple established and successful international B2B brands.  You will do this through line managing, coaching and mentoring a dynamic sales team whilst also being heavily hands on selling multi-platform media solution across print and digital products as well as events

As Sales Director, you will head up the sales function of the business and be involved in:
  • Developing relationships and revenues with new clients as well as maximising existing accounts
  • Creating tailored multi-platform media proposals and solutions for clients, conducting presentations
  • Undertaking research to develop relationships with new clients and industry partnerships
  • Managing, training, mentoring and coaching your sales team to ensure objectives are met
  • Recognising and developing talent within the team, as well as recruiting new high performing salespeople
  • Developing new revenue streams and opportunities 
You will also have the opportunity to travel internationally to attend events and meet with clients.

I am interested in speaking with a Sales Director or Head of Sales with proven experience, knowledge and success of selling multi-platform B2B media solutions across print, digital and events.  You will also have experience managing, recruiting and building a sales team, as well as implementing a sales strategy to maximise growth and achieve commercial success.

Salary £65,000 - £75,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).  OTE of c. £120,000 p.a. plus attractive benefits including private medical, employee awards and social events, and free parking on-site. 

The business is currently working from home, and once back in the office will be operating a flexible working from home policy (part of the week) which is being finalised.
