Do you have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working in a sales/ customer service environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a leading laser manufacturing company based in South Shields. Salary £17,500 per annum OTE £22k plus excellent benefits!
As a Sales Coordinator you would be responsible for managing existing client relationships. You will be dealing with incoming orders and enquiries by telephone, email, and web, creating quotations, sending samples, and processing orders. You will also be gaining new business from referrals and leads, and attending trade shows.
It is essential you have previous Customer Service/ Sales experience with an excellent telephone manner, with strong communication skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
You will need strong IT skills, and have proven experience in providing excellent customer service. Experience of working with SAP and CRM systems would be beneficial, but is not essential. Experience of working to targets in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
