Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Sales & Technical Returns Analyst to join the team of one of their very successful Devizes based clients.

The key elements of the job are as follows:

Handling of returns received
Logging the data involved with each return
Analysing & Testing certain returned parts
Attention to detail is critical
Any other activity as required
Processing each return –
- Physically storing correctly or disposing of the item / returning to OEM’s
- Inputting the resulting action into the CRM database
- Liaising with the internal sales team to spot trends in returns
- Hands on dissection / disassemble of products to identify cause of failure
- Ability to work under pressure
