I am working on behalf of a fantastic company in Yeovil who are looking for someone to support the Marketing Manger and Sales Manager in their day to day role.
This role will be a varied role and you will be responsible for:
- Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system
- Lead generation support and general telephone answering
- Responding to customer requests, quotes and tenders
- Undertaking general administrative tasks for the sales and marketing team
- Managing and maintaining sales and project information within the company systems
- Supporting client, partner and supplier relationships
- Providing data and reports to the sales and marketing team
The ideal candidate will be a strong Administrator who is confident speaking to customers and clients. A knowledge of the sales process would be advantageous and experience working with CRM systems would also be desirable.
