Sales & Logistics Coordinator

Do you have excellent administrative skills from a production/ logistics environment? We are recruiting for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Scunthorpe! Salary £19-20k per annum plus excellent benefits, working Mon-Thu 8-4.30/ Fri 8-2.30, then the following week Mon-Fri 9-5 rotating.
As Sales & Logistics Coordinator you will be a point of contact for existing customers, taking and processing orders from delivery through to invoicing and receipt of payment. You will be liaising with the warehouse and production team to ensure there is enough stock, organising transport with freight companies and dealing with all import/ export paperwork, setting up new customers in getting samples to them, filling in new supplier forms and agreeing delivery schedules.
It is essential you have excellent administration experience within a production/ manufacturing environment with knowledge of customs documentation as well as the sales administration process. You will have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and any knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential. You will have the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, be detail conscious, take initiative with an enthusiastic and confident approach to your work.
