We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and friendly person with customer service and/or sales experience, who will relish the challenge to sell general insurance products to new and existing customers, whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. Working in an established, positive team environment, you will be provided with a structured induction a long with an ongoing training/development programme and have the keenness and drive to undertake and achieve internal examinations. Experience working in the financial services industry (banking, insurance) would be advantageous but not essential, a hunger and eagerness to learn the job role is paramount. You will have strong communication skills, good level of IT ability and Grade B or above in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary plus incentive scheme which could earn you up to 10% of your salary, as well as a generous benefits package, including a 35 working week!
