We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator (FTC 12mnth) to join our award winning client, based within the Devizes area.
The successful candidate will become part of a busy Internal Sales team responsible for the following:
- Processing all incoming sales orders from stockists
- Being first point of contact for sales support enquiries received into the business by telephone and email
- Managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
- Resolving invoice queries and disputes
- Maximising opportunities to upsell
- Effective relationship management with our external sales team
You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent literacy and maths, be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the ability to work well as part of a team as well as under your own initiative. You will also be computer literate in the use of Word and Excel, Sage is also preferable
If you are looking for a role that offers a 8:30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 5.00pm on Friday £23,000 per annum, plus 21 days (excluding bank holidays) then this is the role for you.
