Sales Administrator

Are you an administrator with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of using an Apple Mac? We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well established, award winning and highly successful British manufacturer of corporate gifts based in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of Hereford in Stoke Lacy.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with a salary of approx. £19,000 per annum plus great benefits!

As Sales Administrator, you will be working within a friendly, fast paced and at times pressurized team environment responding to incoming email and phone queries form customers, providing quotations, processing orders and negotiating on prices, delivery and specifications with customers and production management. You will liase with the factory regarding the progress of orders.

We are keen to hear from applicants with previous administration experience with good knowledge of using databases, and a natural ability to build good rapport with customers. Attention to detail is critical for this role, together with the ability to use an Apple Mac computer. An eye for good design and colour would be advantageous.
Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
