This is a full-time permanent role based in Stretford, Trafford Park working 9am-5pm Mon to Fri on a salary of up to £22,000, dependant on experience.
As Sales Administrator you will be involved in all aspects of sales order processing which includes taking calls from businesses, inputting orders onto SAGE, liaising with the company’s merchandiser, warehouse, and distribution teams with regards to delivery and keeping the customers informed and updated on progress. Full training will be provided however it is essential that you are able to efficiently prioritise and coordinate your workload. As Sales Administrator, the role will involve roughly 80% administrative work and 20% sales processing, speaking to customers, upselling, and providing a first-class service, so communication is key to succeed!
We would love to speak to applicants with experience in sales or customer service where you have previously used an order processing system, however training can be provided. Any experience in the textile or import industry will be beneficial. You will be speaking to customers via phone and email, so good IT skills is essential (MS Office, in particular Excel) along with a proactive and personable attitude.
