My client is a small but expanding business based in Worcester that are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.
 
The successful candidate has the potential to advance their career within this company as they actively promote people internally.
 
 
Role responsibilities:
 
  • Providing the initial point of contact for new business enquiries, technical enquiries, quotations and tender requests.
  • Identify potential for increased sales across different sectors with new and existing customers.
  • Dealing with new business enquiries brought in from company marketing and sales.
  • Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring all details are accurate
  • Following up on relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives and liaising with the sales team
  • Regularly following up on weekly and technical enquiry reports 
  • Providing support to sales manager
  • Providing support to the fiance team.
  • Providing a range of Admin support duties.
  • Preparation of quotations and invoices.
 
Person specifications:
 
  • Experience within a technical company would be advantageous
  • Must have experience in a sales support role
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to liaise with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be confident talking to people on the phone
