Great opportunity for someone to build on there skills within a Sales department. To aid account mangers with their daily administration requirements and help where required with the sales process in relation to pricing information, sales processing and customer service responsibilities.
First point of contact for customer service calls.
Provide pricing, lead time and stock information to account managers.
Administration of key information, quotes and contacts into CRM system.
Review customer visit reports
Maintain account managers schedules and diaries as required
Provide quotations with guidance
Any Ad-hoc duties
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm . 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. Life Assurance Policy.
