This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales/account management professional to join a Bridgwater company steeped in history. Working in a friendly environment, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various key accounts along with looking for and recognising opportunities for new business.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills to be able to build a rapport in a professional but approachable manor. Confidence and a passion for sales is essential, but great customer service skills are key. Whilst this position is a sales position, it is not a hard push role due to the nature and reputation of the product among both small independent retailers and national companies. At heart this is a telesales role, so confidence on the phone, adaptability and active listening are all key skills. You will be working hard to get the most from their existing business relationships as well as nurturing new leads. Strong IT skills are essential as all orders are processed via the CRM system. Our client is looking for the perfect fit to join their team and someone with have experience in telephone sales, solid IT skills, a willingness to learn and a high regard for excellent customer service.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with a highly competitive basic salary plus an excellent team bonus structure.
