Our client based in Northumberland are looking to recruit an experienced restaurant manager. With overall responsibility for a team of 9 the duties of the role are outlined below.
40 hour working week - 8.30 - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday.
2 days office based on site and 3 days in the restaurant
A solid understanding of all back office suits such as Excel, EPOS, Word is required
Carry out weekly analysis of customer spend and costing trends
Involvement in development of new menu ideas and promotional ideas
Due to the nature of the business candidate must NOT be lactose intollerant
responsible for weekly staffing and shift allocation
Out going and friendly personality
Ordering of produce on a weekly basis while assessing produce cost trends
Costing menus to drive and increase restaurant revenues
The above duties are not an exhaustive list and other duties will be part of the day to day operational expectations for the role.
Due to the location of this client it is essential that candidates have their own transport.
