We are recruiting for a Adminstrating Resourcer to join our RPO team based in the city centre of Bristol. Salary £18-20k dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility may be required around working hours.

As a Adminstrating Resourcer within the RPO team you will be responsible for the administration side of sourcing candidates for the Pharmaceutical retail industry and placing then into permanent roles.
Main duties will include posting job adverts, liaising with managers to obtain feedback, contract generation , as well as keeping the CRM database updated with the progress of any activity - A keen eye for detail is a must
Ideally you will have agency or in-house recruitment experience, However if you have a strong adminstration background.
This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same!
Excellent IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook and in-house databases/ CRM systems ideally.
