We have the perfect solution, we are recruiting for a Resourcer to join our RPO team based in the city centre of Bristol.
Pay £8.21ph - £9.00ph dependent on experience working full time 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
This role is an 8 WEEK CONTRACT due to obtaining a new project with our existing client.
As a Resourcer within the our team and be responsible for sourcing candidates for the Pharmaceutical industry and placing then into permanent roles.
Main duties will include screening advert responses, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, arranging interviews and liasing with managers to process offers, as well as keeping the CRM database updated with the progress of any activity.
Ideally you will have agency or in-house recruitment experience, However if you have a strong Customer Service background with a desire to get into recruitment, enjoy speaking to people but don't want to undertake a sales role then please get in touch.
An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure is needed for this role.
Great IT skills are required including Word, Excel, Outlook.
