We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work at our home located in Wellington, Somerset. 

You will need : 
- A minimum of 12 months experience working with children in a similar setting 
- 6 months shift leading 
- QCF level 3 in residential childcare or the equivalent 

You will also need to be : 
- Able to lead trauma informed practice.
- Able to lead, motivate and develop a team Ability to mentor junior staff.
- Understanding of trauma informed practice.
- Ability to plan and lead a shift.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively work in a Team
- Understanding of Health and safety in the workplace

Salary : £22,000-24,00
Hours/Rota : Average of 40hrs per week based on a rolling ROTA (not including sleep ins) on a flexible working shift pattern which includes working weekends, bank holidays, religious/ cultural celebrations and sleep-in duties.
