Registered Manager, Foster Services - Stockport and Greater Manchester - Competitive Salary plus benefits
My client is a successful children's care provider, providing care for children in a number if settings. They have specialist residential homes dedicated to specific needs of children, including forensic services and trauma to name a few. They have a fantastic foster team.
Based in the North West, they provide themselves in finding the best possible individuals to keep the children safe and they strive to create a fostering community where the children themselves form the central part of the service they provide.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Stockport and Greater Manchester area and will recruit and asses new foster carers and liaise with placing foster carers. You will also investigate any complains and will have a small caseload of complex cases. You may also be required to provide management cover and will supervise foster carers
